Each Vendor is an independent entity and is solely responsible for:
- The quality, safety, and legality of the digital products they offer.
- The accuracy of the product descriptions and metadata.
- Providing technical support and honoring their own refund policies.
- Ensuring they have the legal rights or licenses to sell the digital content.
3. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
Cibercon shall not be held responsible or liable for any digital products purchased through the platform.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the content uploaded by Vendors.
- Any dispute regarding a purchase, download, or product functionality is strictly between the Buyer and the Vendor.
- Cibercon is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use any digital product purchased on the site.
4. User Conduct and Intellectual Property
Buyers are granted a license to use the purchased digital products based on the specific terms set by the Vendor. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of any digital content unless expressly permitted by the Vendor.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways (such as PayPal). Cibercon does not store your full financial information. While we facilitate the transaction, the contractual agreement for the sale is directly between the Buyer and the Vendor.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cibercon, its directors, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
7. Modifications to Service
Cibercon reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
