Cibercon acts as a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. Each individual vendor is solely responsible for their own refund and return policy.
- If you experience any issues with your purchase, you must contact the seller directly to request a refund or technical support.
- The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of the seller, based on their specific terms and the nature of the digital product.
3. Cibercon’s Role
Cibercon is not responsible for issuing refunds and shall not be held liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers. We do not own, create, or distribute the digital products sold by third-party vendors. Therefore, Cibercon cannot process reversals, credits, or refunds for any transaction completed on the platform.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered by the vendor in the following cases:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to technical issues with the seller’s link or delivery system.
- Major defects: The digital file is corrupted or does not work as described.
- Product not-as-described: A request must be submitted to the seller within a specific timeframe (e.g., 24-48 hours) from the purchase date with clear evidence.
